If you are not completely satisfied with your support level, our local team is here to facilitate a seamless exchange or return process.
Sleep on it for 30 Nights
To allow your body to adjust to the new support system, we require a minimum 30-night break-in period before initiating a return or exchange.

Schedule a Professional Inspection
We will arrange a brief home visit to ensure the mattress is in original condition and free of stains or damage, as required by health regulations.
Curbside Pickup and Exchange
Once approved, our delivery team will pick up your mattress and deliver your new selection or process your refund minus any applicable nominal delivery fees.
